It will say that it's installed when you download the file or it won't install if you have other gacha mods or gacha club and you can just open the app by pressing "open" on Android matter the fact of your device your on.
If you made them based off of already existing characters then it's not an oc. Oc means original character, a character that was inspired by other characters isn't an oc, it's a fan character, or a fanoc, just wanted to clarify that 👍

I'm not sure what kind of constructive criticism you're talking about, like if it's about the oc's appearance or their biography, but I'll talk about their appearance, it doesn't look bad but you could have chosen softer colors to match with the light yellow(I'm referring to the shade of blue used in the outlines, they're too dark for me), the knife could be a little redder too, cause looking at it like this it just looks like she's holding a knife, not that she's an imposter, maybe you could've give the eyes a red shine effect to make it more obvious that she's an imposter, aside from all that the only thing I don't like is the black eyebrows and black mouth as it doesn't match with everything else on the character, overall I'd give it a 6/10

I mean you tried but it's too cute to be weirdcore cuz y'know weirdcore is supposed to be dark and twisted and have weird stuff in it, so the soft colors and cute clothing kinda ruins the whole point of weirdcore so it just looks like a cute TV head with some eyes, maybe you could have added some blood to it to make it look more intense, though you did say you just started so I can forgive the mistake you've done.
I'll give this one a 6/10 because it doesn't look bad but it doesn't match the theme it's trying to look like
